Josh started his career at HTC, Tokyo based venture capital firm, followed by IBT Ventures, Tokyo based cross-border business development consulting company. He then joined Tokyo Star Bank as a LBO (Leveraged Buyout) banker. Before joining SXA in March 2018, he also led Kaede Financial Advisory as a partner in charge of cross-border M&A. In January 2023, SXA executed MBO from the SIGMAXYZ Group along with other management team and changed the company name to COHEN PARTNERS.
He holds an MBA from Thunderbird, School of Global Management and degree from Faculty of Economics, Kwansei Gakuin University.
